His gracious offer of an upgrade to the stunning Suite 107 was a gesture that epitomized the hotel’s commitment to excellence. This suite, with its expansive layout and exquisite design, is a sanctuary of sophistication, perfectly suited for families seeking an elevated stay. It is, without question, a hidden jewel that I enthusiastically recommend. The indulgent extension of our check-out time to 14:00 allowed us to luxuriate in the serene surroundings just a little longer, adding a final touch of relaxation to our stay. When it came time to depart, GSE NENA’s flawless orchestration of our check-out was a seamless conclusion to our experience, marked by her warmth and efficiency. The personal recognition from Manager ANAN was the ultimate expression of the hotel’s ethos—making us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued and at home. Every nuance of our stay was a masterclass in hospitality, with service that was as intuitive as it was gracious. This is a destination where luxury and warmth converge, creating memories that linger long after departure. We eagerly anticipate our return to this exquisite haven.

First, I had trouble checking in as I forgot my wallet, and it was mandatory to have at least one physical ID. They don't accept electronic IDs. So I had to go back and come again for a very long trip of almost 3 hours driving. But the good thing was when I came back to check in, I found an excellent employee; his name was Romeo, and he upgraded my room without any extra fees. I enjoyed that room and the experience in the hotel overall. It deserves more than three stars.

A beautiful, well-maintained hotel with a very friendly and professional staff always ready to answer any questions or concerns. Despite our unfortunate timing to travel during the major Dubai storm on April 16, 2024, they managed everything well, and we had no issues. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but I recommend bringing an adapter if you're traveling from Europe since the room only has a USB outlet.
